Vieille Cuvée : 4 to 5 years of aging. Blanquette ( called Mauzac ) grape variety. Golden in color. Aroma of ripe fruit. Fine bubbles and smooth, round taste. Ideal as an aperitif among

Cuvée du Centenaire :The 3 grape varieties : Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay & Chenin gives it a pale color, very delicate, with a splendid balance. You be enjoy at any time, but especially as an aperitif.

Region : The vineyards entitled to the label are situated within 41 districts in the Aude Valley in SW France. The vines are planted on stony, chalk-rich slopes with southern exposure. The yield is limited and the harvest is done by hand.  

Grapes : Exclusively Mauzac  

Aged : A minimum of 2 to 3 years in the bottle  

Qualities : A pale, very clear finish, delicately effervescent; a fresh and agreeable aroma. A wine of outstanding appeal and lightness.  
"Le brut" is recommanded as an "aperitif", the "1/2 sec" or "1/2 doux" is best for dessert
